Nominees will be solicited from the floor on the day of the election, or they may also submit their interest in writing prior to the election. Only those who have consented to serve shall be eligible for nomination, either by their prior submitted interest or from the floor. Officers shall assume their official duties on the last day of the current school year following their election.
